Seti river is one of the most beautiful, pristine and warmest rivers with spectacular dense remote jungles, exquisite sandy beaches and perfect for those who want the taste of wild Himalayan white water rafting. It is an ideal trip for families, bird watchers, nature lovers, dreamers and honeymoon couples.



We start the trip from Pokhara from where we drive to the rafting put-in point at Damauli. On the way to Damauli, we have wonderful views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri peaks, as well as the sacred Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) mountain peak. A safety briefing will be held upon arrival, before embarking for rafting. During rafting in Seti River, we will encounter several big and small rapids. We reach Keshavtar beach for camping at the riverside beach.


Beginning in the morning after breakfast, today we face class III and II rapids with beautiful jungle scenery around. Arriving at the put-out point, you will be transferred to Rainbow Safari Resort at Chitwan National Park. A briefing will be conducted on activities and facilities which will be followed by culture tour to Tharu village, Museum tour, and sun set viewing in the evening. You can enjoy Tharu stick dance in the evening, after dinner.


This day is devoted for jungle activities, which includes, elephant ride, canoe, bird watching, nature walk, a visit to elephant breeding center, Tharu village and jeep drive in the jungle. Overnight stay in Chitwan National Park.


In the morning, we explore the local traditional Tharu village and cultures, along with a number of endangered species of flora and fauna. In the evening, we drive back to Kathmandu.


In rafting

  1. Transportation to and from (Kathmandu or Pokhara to Damauli and Chitwan to Kathmandu or Pokhara) by bus /jeep/car as per our itinerary.
  2. All raft crew, including highly qualified & licensed holder guides and professional safety kayakers, all fluent in English.
  3. All international standard Rafting equipment as necessary, such as, self-bailing rafts, helmets, life jackets, outfitter plastic paddles, dry top jackets, waterproof barrel for camera and valuables, dry bag for multiday trip, etc.
  4. Camping and cooking equipment, tents, mattress and kitchen utensil and twin sharing tent during rafting tour, all staff daily wages, insurance and their meals, etc.
  5. All delicious meals 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) whilst on the river. Tea, coffee & chocolate will also be provided.
  6. All necessary paper work for the trip.
  7. Comprehensive first aid medical kit.

In Chitwan Park

  1. Two night’s accommodation with full board meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) at a 2-star category resort in Chitwan
  2. Transportation from Chitwan to Kathmandu or Pokhara by tourist bus.
  3. Full board meals ((breakfast, lunch, dinner) with Tea, coffee & chocolate.
  4. All guided jungle activities such aselephant ride, canoe trip, Jungle walk, bird watching, village tours, folk dancing and elephant breeding center.
  5. A government licensed English speaking naturalist (guide) during the trip.
  6. All park fees & Local taxes.
